Role Overview:
The Fleet Sales Specialist is primarily tasked with driving the acquisition of new fleet accounts, a fundamental growth lever for our company. Experience with Direct Repair Programs (DRP) and business-to-government (B2G) sales is a plus, as these skills will complement the core responsibilities and enhance our comprehensive service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop and execute plans to acquire new fleet accounts.
- Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections within the automotive and fleet management industries.
- Optional: Manage relationships with insurance providers to negotiate DRPs and explore B2G opportunities to further expand our reach and service capabilities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, with a strong track record in the automotive or fleet management sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- A self-starter who is motivated by a commission-based structure that rewards long-term account retention and growth.
- Additional experience with DRP and B2G is considered beneficial.
