Responsibilities:

Complete the disassembly of the vehicle to examine the damages to plan the repair process.
Works and communicates with others to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery.
Performing all body repairs according to estimate.
Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
Makes decisions on repair vs. replace.
considering safety, cost and cycle time.
Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.
Attend daily release meetings.
